ORDERS
Can I add/cancel my order once it's completed?
Once your order is completed, we are unable to add or cancel your order.
What if I ordered the wrong product?
There is no way to correct your order once it is placed. Please confirm that your order is for the correct product and quantity before finalizing your order.
SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see a confirmation email, check your spam box. If you still do not have a confirmation email, please contact us at info@NicoleCade.com
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed. This time is not included in the shipping time.
When your order is processed, shipping will take 3-5 business days. Shipping time is determined on your location. Once your package is shipped, the delivery time is out of our hands.
Normal delays are to be expected during the holiday season.
If you have issues with your package while in transit, please contact the mailing courier.
What if my package is lost/stolen?
Nicole Cade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to file a claim with the courier directly.
Nicole Cade is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or wrong addresses, phone numbers, or emails provided to us directly from the customer during the checkout process.
Packages that are marked 'Delivered' or 'Abandoned' will not be replaced or refunded.
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?

Unopened packages marked 'Return to Sender' by the courier will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
